Prices and site contents

Dgate.ae” prices (All prices are in AED) are subject to modification at any time. Prices may also vary due to a launching price, a promotional offer or sales. Prices of items that are not in stock or that are available for a pre-order are valid during its promotional period after the order was placed. Should the price of those items change with respect to the pre-order price, Customer will be informed and will have the possibility to cancel the order. We reserve the right to update prices displayed on the website from time to time and once updated, they cannot be claimed against an order that has already been confirmed or delivered. Customer can place an order through the Website or by calling Dgate.ae”. You may expect a processing time of up to 24 hours which may vary depends upon the availability of stock and other factors. Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. “Dgate.ae” reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. “Dgate.ae” reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. You can check your order status by log in to your account. The customer may change or cancel their order if the item is not already processed or shipped. In such instants, you should only use phone to inform us instead of email as email messages may not reach on time.

Order Limitation and Refusal Rights

Due to extremely quick turnovers of certain popular items, “Dgate.ae” may at times have to restrict the number of certain merchandises that you intended to or have already purchased. When certain items are experiencing limited in stocks, “Dgate.ae” reserves its rights to limit your purchase quantities to a lower amount. During times that you have ordered more quantity than we can supply, we will communicate with you and provide you different options available at that time. We promise you, the customers, that we give our 110% effort to fulfill your order request. However, in all circumstances, “Dgate.ae” reserves its rights to refuse any order. Invoice and payment

If you are using our website to place your order, an invoice will be automatically send to your email. If you phoned us to place your order we will mail you the invoice and other details. A hard copy of the invoice will be handed over to you on the time of delivery

Currently. We only use “Cash on Delivery” as the payment option. You can pay to the delivery man and can collect your goods the very same moment. You can also use “Western Union” or any other money exchange services or bank transfer to transfer the money, especially if you are an international customer.

Delivery Terms and Conditions

Minimum purchase amount to guarantee a Free delivery is AED 400.00

Promotional Items may or may not be included in the Free delivery service.

Delivery time can be depending upon some external factors and same day delivery is not guaranteed in all circumstances.

Customer should be responsible for his/her availability on delivery destination. Failure may cause unexpected delays in delivery

There won't be deliveries on Fridays and public holidays unless there are some special requests or backlogs and mutual acceptance from customer and “Dgate.ae”

Dgate.ae” use our own delivery system as well as third party courier services to deliver the items on time. Some external factors can cause slight delays from third party courier companies.

By agreeing this terms and conditions, customer is oblige to accept the items and pay the costs as long as the item is delivered as exactly it has been shown and stated in the this website.

Warranty Terms and Conditions

All warranty periods mentioned in our site as “Warranty” are from “Dgate.ae”. The warranty periods mentioned as “manufacturer’s warranty” are from respective manufacturers and is subjected to their terms and policies. In both cases, please refer to the manufacturer's website or product manuals for more information.

Generally, the manufacturer's limited warranty will only cover the product for manufacturing defects and will not cover any physical damage to the product from misuse, dropping, any liquid damage, etc. In no way does “Dgate.ae” warrant any product for fitness of use or for representations made by the manufacturer. Please read Manufacturer's product warranty information carefully before contacting us.

To receive warranty service on your product, you must contact “Dgate.ae”. If it's not related to some setting changes and need to be checked by experts, we will e-mail you a “Return Merchandize Authorization (RMA) Form”. You can fill the required fields and can ship the defected item with that RMA number marked or labeled on the package, and also include the copy of the purchasing invoice. We highly recommend you to take adequate measures to safeguard the item while shipping because we are not covering any physical damages in our warranty. Customer must pay the cost of shipping. If the customer need to arrange a pick up and delivery from “Dgate.ae” he/she has to pay AED40.00 (Forty Dirhams) for pick up and drop service within UAE.

If the product is determined to be defective and it is covered by our warranty policy, the customer will be informed by phone and will be given the estimate time that going to take it ready. "Dgate.ae" covers all problems related to software and gives complete warranty on all software issues only. If the device has physical and hardware damages, that will not be included in our warranty services. When it will be ready, we will inform the customer again and will be shipped out as soon as possible.

We value your time and understand how important is that device for you. 'Dgate.ae” will take all measures to make it fast and you will get ready your items back within few days. But in some worst cases that can take little long depending upon the response from Manufacturer’s service center and part availability etc. So customer has to wait an estimated 2~6 weeks until “Dgate.ae” gets a replacement or repaired item back from the manufacturer or supplier. If we get the item ready before the mentioned period, we will inform you and you can arrange a pickup, or we can delivery to you if you have chosen to pay the pickup and delivery cost.

If it's mentioned as “Manufacturer’s warranty”, it is recommended that customers deal directly with the manufacturer for all retail products for faster turn around times. Some manufacturers offer direct-swap, cross-ship, or even next-day to-your-door replacement warranty services. If you send the “Manufacturer’s warranty “ item to us, we will do the same procedure on behalf of you and we are most happy to serve you in that way, but that can take longer time than you do it yourself. We are more than happy to help facilitate warranty service between you and the manufacturer for retail items, but will not cover any expenses incurred for warranty service. For any products that have a warranty, “Dgate.ae” will not cover shipping charges.

Return and Warranty Policy

Dgate.ae value our customers most and customer's satisfaction is most important to us. We provide a no question asked return of all of our products if you don't like or need to change the ordered item. We normally provide you 14 days to return the product and charges a small restocking fee as we will not able to sell them as new again. We use our other channels to move those stocks. Since the prices of the products we sell are highly volatile we will decrease a small amount according to that and the restocking fee from the original value. Please check our detailed policies for different items below.

Returns must be in a resalable condition, including all manuals, components and accessories, and in the manufacturer’s original packaging. Return may also be subject to a restocking fee. Product should not be in used condition and should not show that it was previously used. Save the original seal. No Software should be installed or deleted. Product has to be in the complete original packaging (if product was sold in original packaging). Accessories, consumables included with the products, components, labels, accompanying documentation and software, etc. and their packaging will not be damaged. Bundled items, including free items, buy 1 get 1 offers etc. must all be returned together and should meet the standard return policy in order to be refunded or exchanged.

Changes to this Agreement

We may from time to time modify or change the Terms and Conditions. The revised Agreement will govern your future use of our Site and Service, so we strongly suggest that you visit and review our Terms and conditions periodically. Each version is specifically dated. Applicable Law

This User Agreement and any transactions on this Site shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the UAE GOVERNMENT applicable to agreements made and entirely to be performed within the DUBAI UAE , without resort to its conflict of law provisions. You agree that any action at law or in equity arising out of or relating to these terms and conditions shall be filed only in Dubai court UAE, and you hereby irrevocably and unconditionally consent and submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts over any suit, action or proceeding arising out of this User Agreement.
